6. Service Provision

6.1 Service Estimates and Quotes All service estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, project complexity, and additional requirements discovered during site assessment.

6.2 Service Standards All rope access work will be performed in accordance with IRATA standards and UK health and safety regulations. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and all technicians hold current IRATA certifications.

6.3 Site Access and Conditions Client is responsible for providing safe and legal access to work areas, obtaining necessary permits, and disclosing all relevant site hazards and conditions prior to work commencement.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide professional rope access services in accordance with industry standards, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BR Rope Partners, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10.2 Client Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BR Rope Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your failure to provide accurate site information, unsafe site conditions, or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Termination

17.2 Payment Processing All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.

17.3 Cancellation and Refunds Service cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific service agreement. Refund policies vary depending on the stage of service completion and are detailed in individual contracts. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

18. Health and Safety

18.1 Compliance All work is performed in compliance with current UK health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and IRATA standards.

18.2 Risk Assessment We conduct thorough risk assessments for all projects and provide method statements as required. Clients must cooperate with all safety procedures and requirements.

18.3 Emergency Procedures Emergency contact procedures and safety protocols are established for all projects as part of our standard operating procedures.
